What is the cancellation policy for ‘’introductory flight’’?

Cancellations are permitted 48 hours prior to reservation.

Please understand that when you forget to attend or cancel your appointment without giving advance notice, the instructors and other customers miss a valuable opportunity to schedule training time and use the airplane during the time you had reserved.

We will contact you the day before to cancel a lesson if the weather does not permit flying.

If you show up late it will be deducted from your flight time.

If you show up late more than 20 minutes your reservation will be rebooked with a 50 dollar cancellation fee.
